Joan Immediato, President and Partner, has been in the computer graphics, A/V business since 1982. Her technical knowledge and attention to detail keep our productions focused and on track. Her legendary PowerPoint skills frequently has our clients saying, "How did she do that!?" Joan has taken client service to a whole new level with her positive attitude and tireless approach to taking the stress off our client's shoulders and delivering work that exceeds their expectations.

Jack Rickenbach, Executive Producer and Partner, spent his early career in advertising and marketing positions with large agencies and corporations which gives him a broad perspective and unique insight into solving clients communication problems in live meetings and producing videos. His music background is put to good use in our productions which effectively use music to energize and underscore key message points in a very memorable fashion.
